My husband & I went to this dealership simply because his 2002 Toyota Camry decided to die on us during a 15th Wedding Anniversary trip that we had been at in Asheville, NC at Billy Grahamās The Cove. We knew we had no choice except to purchase another vehicle since we were stranded in Morristown, Tn & we live in Ringgold, Gaā¦we definitely wanted to buy another Toyota, as these are excellent vehicles. Our salesman was Jose Flores & from start to finish he listened to our concerns & answered all of our questions with his knowledge of all things Toyota related. He treated us with respect, kindness, & professionalism & was extremely patient with us as we narrowed down our choices & options!!! The process was easy & stress free & we were not taken advantage of in our situation of being stranded. Jose went above & beyond to treat us like important customers instead of a mature couple who had simply broken down & came in by accident off the streets. My husband drove off with a brand new beautiful Toyota Corolla LE & we are extremely thankful for this dealership & the staff!!! One of the best experiences of truth and honesty was met today with Mr. Grover Cheeks. Talked with a lot of people in my lifetime, being dis pointed lots when asking for instance? would you buy your child this car? It's sometimes the expression on the s face, but the eyes says it all. The day I came searching I had no idea Id meet Grover Cheek! Wow, so happy I did. I was scared and knew Id be given anything I ask about. With-9 -10questions were answered without even asking are why to say yes with out questions\s. well, all questions answered, showed me everything how to use in my Toyota Highlander. He was one of the4 most honest men Ive ever met and makes me feel I want to buy 199 cars from him.However, my disappointment came when I realized Rusty Wallace Toyota has no idea who they have working for them !!!!!sand hes not given when credit is do!!r, .I'm disappointed!!!!! Toyota is the best and so are their people. I wasn't sure if I wanted a RAV4 or Corolla when I considered buying a new vehicle, and Shawn Griffits worked patiently with me for several months until I decided on the Corolla LE. Then, before I drove my new car off the lot, Shawn took time to explain in detail every feature and he even set a few stations on the radio for me. I feel like Shawn went the extra mile to make sure I "love what I drive" and I absolutely do!

My wife and I would like to thank the service department for courteous and dependable service. Jasmine and Jennifer are always pleasant and professional when I call. They seek to get me the information I need in a timely manner. Alex does a good job communicating my needs to the service technicians. He listens patiently and seeks to make sure we are satisfied with the service provided. Dustin, a service technician, recently saved us $2,000 by being very persistent in his inspection of our car. He wanted to get it right and not make needless expensive repairs. We don't know all of the service technicians by name, but we would like to thank all of them for their quality work on our vehicles. We also want to thank everyone behind the service desk because they have all played a role in making sure we are taken care of. The service manager speaks highly of his team, and we certainly understand why. THANK YOU TO THE TOYOTA TEAM FOR SHOWING UP FOR WORK DURING TOUGH ECONOMIC TIMES.
Just had the best and smoothest car purchase experience in almost 50 years of buying vehicles. First, Sales Manager Nick Pollock helped us find a Toyota RAV 4 Prime Plug In Hybrid in time to order it in time to give it as a present to my wife for Christmas, and to get it delivered by the third week in January. This was the case even when I tried unsuccessfully to secure the vehicle through 5 other dealerships, some of which are much larger dealers. Then, when the car was delivered, Sales Professional Scott Winstead spent considerable time orienting us to every detail of the car. Final closing on the vehicle was streamlined and so pleasant that my wife and I both agreed on the one hour drive back to Knoxville that we would recommend Rusty Wallace to any future purchaser. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was incredibly pleasant and professional, and the offer for our trade-in and the final deal was extremely fair.
Excellent service! This was my first time purchasing a vechicle from Rusty Wallace Toyota and Scott Winstead. Due to the low inventory, I had to wait for a Tacoma to be built and delivered. Scott did a great job in finding the right truck for me and keeping me informed of the process. Once the truck arrived the purchase process was fairly quick and easy. Absolutely fantastic service! My family has bought close to a dozen cars over the last few years from Scott Winstead at Rusty Wallace Toyota in Morristown. Always an enjoyable experience, and the follow up is top-notch. Toast night he drove from Morristown to Gatlinburg (about 55 miles one way) to pick up my 2020 Tundraā¦ Drove it all the way back to Morristown had it serviced in less than 12 hours and drove it back to Gatlinburg. That equals six hours of driving, and just over 200 miles to get my oil changed. After speaking with a friend of mine who bought a Subaru in Arkansas and spent seven hours in a waiting room yesterday, I canāt thanks Scott enough for his attention and interest in keeping our business. I wish I could give him more than five stars.
