In July of 2025 my husband and I were on a vacation in the Gatlinburg TN area and our one year old Toyota Tundra air conditioner was not cold on the right side front passenger side. We had traveled from Louisiana, with temps in the 90's the whole trip from Louisiana to Gatlinburg TN. We drove to Rusty Wallace Toyota Dealer and was very please as the greeting, staff and tech that handled our issue in a very timely matter. All because of a tiny o'ring, which the tech fixed, communicated issues and solved. So very professional and police was the Toyota team that helped us. Thanks Rusty Wallace Toyota for the help, the fix and professional tech (she was a sweet young lady). She knew her stuff. Happy from Louisiana!!

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesman.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to.”push” anything on you. They are helpful. They listen. They are accommodating. That was my experience with Owen. We looked all day for. “the car” and when we had given up and we’re on our way home, we decided to just stop in and check out Rusty Wallace Toyota, and we met Owen locking up “the car” as he was heading out for the day. Owen went above and beyond helping us and being very patient with our “yes” then “no” then “yes” again. We knew exactly where we needed to be with our payment and all the staff worked very hard to get us exactly where we needed to be. From the time we pulled into the parking lot until the time we pulled out, we could not have been more satisfied. .
